Thank you for registering for The Writers Circle’s Summer Creative Writing Intensive! We’re excited that your student will be joining us.
Please take a moment to complete the following forms:
- Emergency Medical Form
- Release/Pickup Instructions
- Conduct Agreement
- Student Personal Gmail Address – REQUIRED for sharing materials and work using GoogleDocs
- Getting to Know Your Student
- Student’s Introductory Statement
These forms are vital to your student’s health and safety and ensure the smooth running of our program. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR SESSION(S).
We’ll be sending you more information via email about the program in the days and weeks to come.
~ If are are coming to campus, you can coordinate ride-sharing with other local families by adding your name to our Carpool Board. ~
